• Newf Advisory: Fractional compliance consulting services (fractional CISO, CCO, CPO)
• AlignSure: Cloud-based compliance automation platform
• Other professional services as described on our website

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Fees and Payment

• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscription services)

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWF TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Newf Technology, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
