Conversation
30-minute call. We talk about your business, your team, and where the leadership gap is showing up. No pitch deck. We tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
What Happens:

- •Honest fit assessment. Some companies are too early. Some are too late. Some are right.
Scope
We agree on cadence and named role. Monthly Advisory Retainer or weekly Embedded Leadership. CTO, CIO, CISO, or COO. The engagement matches what your business actually needs, not a packaged tier we are trying to sell.
Choose a cadence:
- •Advisory Retainer ($5,500/mo): Monthly working session, async support, quarterly board-ready posture review.
- •Embedded Leadership ($11,500/mo): Weekly working session, named role on your org chart, direct accountability for a function.
- •Project Work: Fixed-scope engagement with defined deliverable.
Embed
We get inside the business. Read the documents. Meet the team. Sit in on the leadership meetings. By week two, we have an opinion on what to do next and we can defend it.
First 30 days:
- •Stakeholder interviews with the people running each function
- •Vendor and contract review
- •Read the board materials and the customer questionnaires
- •Short written posture briefing to the founder or sponsor
Own
We make decisions, manage vendors, sit in on hires, and report to your board. We do not produce reports you put in a drawer. The engagement adapts as the business does.
Ongoing:
- •Weekly or monthly working session, depending on cadence
- •Vendor evaluation and contract review on demand
- •Board-ready monthly reporting for Embedded engagements
- •Direct accountability when something needs to ship
